Day Hospice Program

Our Day Hospice Program supports the quality of life of those living in the community with a life-threatening illness. The benefits of our Day Hospice Program are many, including:

• Respite for the caregivers
• Access to programs enhancing quality of life
• Activities are directed to the interests and abilities of clients
• Support from others sharing a similar experience
• An environment promoting relaxation & caring

The Day Hospice Program runs every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please call the Hospice at 905.387.2448 for details. There are no fees for this program.
